Abstract

After through the destructive strike of serious earthquake happened in Sichuan province had the mental health of people in disaster areas been downcast for quite a long time. To avoid this situation being worse, it's Post-Trauma Mobile Service (PTMS) that was launched and deployed to improve the status of people both in the physical and mental aspects. In this study, we will discuss a newly-issued post-trauma mobile psychology service based on Mobile Social Network Service (MSNS) platform from multiple dimensions, including design analysis of the platform, implementation of the prototype, after effect measurement and result analysis. According as our current research by the vertical and transverse comparison among the existing mobile Internet services, we proposed a mobile-based psychology service which could expand the scope of application. Meanwhile, the integration of MSNS platform has increased the social connectedness and further improved the mental health of people in disaster areas. Generally speaking, combining both mobile-based and MSNS platform apparently made post-trauma mobile psychology service more powerful and effective. Eventually, the results will be presented after the description of prototype implementation.
