Implementation of Optimized Adaptive LMS Noise Cancellation System to Enhance Signal to Noise Ratio

Abstract

In the field of research in communication system, adaptive filters are the most approached one. The paper investigates the innovative concept of adaptive noise cancellation using least mean square algorithm to improve signal to noise ratio by varying the filter parameters. The results that are obtained with the help of varying the filter parameters help in getting the adaptive noise canceller output very closer to the desired signal. This helps in high speed convergence of the signal to the desired one. This study also includes the graphical interface designed in MATLAB to obtain the results.
