Implementation of E-Planning System for Preparation of Work Plans among Local Government in Indonesian 3T Regions

Abstract

Implementation of E-Planning in Indonesia used for the preparation of work plans. Likewise, in frontier regions (3T), its implemented in all of the local governments in Indonesia. Many studies on E-Planning were found in the literature to make work plans more effective. There are limited studies to develop E-Planning implementation among frontier regions of Local Government (3T). The novelty of this research is to help frontier regions implement the e-planning system for local Government in frontier regions. This study aims to understand the implementation of the E-Planning system for work preparation among frontier regions of Local Government (3T) in Indonesia. This study uses data collected from BAPPEDA as a state planning agency in local Government to explore the implementation of e-planning among frontier regions (3T) of Local Government. The outcome of the implementation of E-planning shows that the communication and coordination among center agency planners of local Government to each head department to make work plan by intensive accompanied.
