Implementation of Decision Support Subsystem in Electronic Document Systems Using Machine Learning Techniques

Abstract

The article considers the topical problem of automation process for decision-making in electronic document management systems (EDMS). The concept of support subsystem for decision making based on the application of interactions of the type ―User – EDMS – Document‖ and technologies of machine learning, which will be used to automate the process of document processing by the example of EDMS design documentation, is formulated. The structural model of subsystem and the algorithmic support of its modules functioning are considered. On its basis the subsystem of decision-making process in EDMS is realized. The application of machine learning methods will allow adapting the developed subsystem for every user, considering his previous user’s experience for predicting the options of further operations. The obtained scientific results will be used for the problem solution of information processing automation in different information systems.
