Abstract
The authors implemented continuous flow in warehouse operations and in the demand-planning, materials-planning, and manufacturing processes at Schneider Electric’s manufacturing plant in Tlaxcala, Mexico. The improvements resulted in savings of approximately $1 million after 24 months.
