Abstract
Covid-19 coronavirus and the measures taken by states to reduce its spread are largely reflected in the protection of constitutional man and civil rights States, including Ukraine, are forced to make decisions that, on the one hand, prevent the spread of coronavirus disease and, on the other hand, restrict human rights Therefore, it is important to investigate how the rights and freedoms of man and citizen are realized in the conditions of Covid-19 The purpose of the work is to analyze the features of the implementation of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the context of Covid-19 The object of the study is the realization of the constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the context of Covid-19 The subject of the study is the social relations that arise during the implementation of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the context of Covid-19 Research methods are such methods as dialectical method, systemic method, historical method, method of comparison, modeling method, induction, deduction, analysis, and synthesis As a result of the research, the peculiarities of realization of human and civil rights and freedoms provided by the Constitution of Ukraine are analyzed and attention is paid to justified and unjustified restrictions of such rights in the conditions of Covid-19 © 2020, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc All rights reserved
