Abstract

The article describes the main achievements in the field of informatization in the Republic of Belarus for the period 2011–2015 and their impact on the development of legal norms aimed at ensuring certain constitutional rights of citizens. Significant legislative innovations in the field under study are presented and their assessment, both positive and critical, is given. It is concluded that it is necessary to allocate the analyzed period as an independent stage on the way to digital transformation.
