The International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC) is an online, open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original articles in the field of integrated care on a continuous basis.IJIC has an Impact Factor of 5.120 (2020 JCR, received in June 2021)

June 2011, a new comprehensive Electronic Hospital Information System (CS-EHIS) has been implemented at the University Medical Hospital of Utrecht
Many users have been trained by colleagues
Just before the implementation of CS-EHIS, a baseline measurement has been performed consisting of the completion of a large questionnaire by 100 key users and a small one by a group of about 1000 users
