The International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC) is an online, open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original articles in the field of integrated care on a continuous basis.IJIC has an Impact Factor of 5.120 (2020 JCR, received in June 2021)The IJIC 20th Anniversary Issue was published in 2021.

  • The Connected Care Program is designed to streamline the health care of QLD’s most medically complex children

  • Most families with a medically complex child face daily stressors in relation to the healthcare of that child. This can include having to travel to access specialist care, having to care for more than one complex child, encountering access barriers to essential medications or medical equipment, juggling appointments with specialists, and having to access healthcare from multiple locations
