Abstract

Food safety is a global concern, and a reliable Food Traceability System (FTS) is essential to address this issue. This paper introduces a novel FTS, FTS-IoT-BT, which uses IoT and Blockchain Technology to enhance safety protocols in the Food Supply Chain (FSC). The framework aims to document the condition of food items, verify data reliability, and restrict access to unsafe food.
