Abstract
Natural disasters are unexpected natural events, have a major impact on every level of society, especially coastal areas such as power generation companies that use coal as a natural resource. Every company hopes to be able to anticipate early and quickly so that employees are maintained and safe. The face attendance system is a monitoring tool combined with a smart gate with a face recognition concept that can be monitored online. Faces that have been registered can be recognized so that the device will act as a trigger to open the door, and vice versa if the face is not recognized, the device will still record and act as a trigger for the door to remain closed. The implementation of the facial attendance system can be used as a data source to calculate the number of employees who are still in and out of the company when a natural disaster occurs.

Bencana alam merupakan peristiwa alam yang tidak dapat diduga dan berdampak besar bagi masyarakat. Pengembangan sistem informasi merupakan sebuah keputusan yang sangat strategis, karena berkaitan erat dengan cepat atau tidaknya informasi yang akan didapatkan oleh instansi tersebut. Tanpa adanya memberikan solusi alternatif atau rekomendasi dukungan dan partisipasi dari pengguna, sistem sistem informasi sumber daya manusia yang baru tersebut bukanlah hal yang menarik dalam pada perusahaan. Dalam membangun aplikasi dibutuhkan kemudahan dan tampilan yang sederhana dan menarik bagi para pengunjung sehingga partisipasi pengguna diharapkan mampu mendukung kesuksesan dari pemakaian teknologi informasi yang menghasilkan ketertarikan dan tingkat kepuasan dari para pengguna maupun instansi penyedia sistem atau aplikasi tersebut. Implementasi sistem absensi wajah yang diterapkan pada perusahaan pembangkit listrik di Banten ini bertujuan agar data yang terkumpul dan dijadikan informasi untuk menghitung jumlah pegawai yang masih di dalam dan yang sudah keluar dari perusahaan ketika bencana alam terjadi. Hal ini berguna untuk mengantisipasi secara dini perihal ketidak sesuaian data pegawai pasca kejadian bencana
