Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on various aspects of Indonesian people's lives. This impact has affected various sectors such as social, education, tourism, and also the economy that is undergoing a drastic decline. This economic decline has not only occurred on a national scale, but also in areas including the Yogyakarta Special District province. Therefore, the DIY Government has undertaken various policies and efforts to mitigate the impact of the spread of Covid-19 and collaborate with various parties. The study aims to analyze the management of the post-COVID-19 pandemic economic crisis in Yogyakarta Special District using the concept of agile governance. There are six (six) principles of agile governance: good enough governance, business driven, human focused, based on quick wins, systematic and adaptive approach, and simple design and continuous refinement. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The result in this study is that the DIY Government has been agile, precise, responsive, and agile in dealing with the post-Covid-19 pandemic economic crisis. This is proved by six very well-fulfilled principles of agile governance, demonstrated by public participation, transparency of information, and the clear vision of the DIY government in the post -COVID-19 pandemian economic crises. In addition, there is a programme of incentive assistance to UMKM perpetrators and there is monitoring and evaluation of the program so that it can run with maximum efficiency. However, there is a note in the principle section based on quick wins, namely by improving information services so that all communities can access them easily.
