Abstract
Education is a very important thing to pay full attention to, with the importance of education, it is necessary to have special educational services. Special education services are one indicator of the success of education in a country. In Indonesia, many forms of special education services are not properly implemented, which has an impact on the decline in the quality of education in Indonesia. Forms of special services in the field of education can be categorized into various kinds, ranging from guidance and counseling services, special education services, career counseling services, school health services, psychological services, etc. This article was created with the aim of analyzing educational service models, especially in the field of guidance and counseling services in the form of website Charets at Senior High School 2 Bandung using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collected by researchers using interviews, observation and document analysis, with the final result that management information systems in special education services, namely website Charets BK is designed to facilitate interaction between students, teachers, parents and the community in obtaining educational information.
