Abstract

Project administration has an important role in analyzing the transformer production network, including determining the sequence of activities and production activities. Efficiency in project administration can have a significant impact on a company's overall performance, reducing costs, increasing productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Therefore, this paper will describe the administration of transformer production projects to support customer requests at PT Bambang Djaja NgoroMojokerto with a participatory approach. It is hoped that the implementation of transformer production project administration can increase operational effectiveness and efficiency, which is key and can become a strategic advantage for companies in facing a highly competitive business environment.
