Abstract
In Dr. John Da Silva and colleagues' July JADA article, “Outcomes of Implants and Restorations Placed in General Dental Practices: A Retrospective Study by the Practitioners Engaged in Applied Research and Learning (PEARL) Network” (Da Silva JD, Kazimoroff J, Papas A, et al. JADA 2014;145[7]:704–713), the authors have completed a very broad study on the success and failure of 922 implants placed by the Practition-ers Engaged in Applied Research and Learning (PEARL) Network. The study was impressive in scope.
