Abstract

Effective bone graft regeneration requires rapid neovascularization of implanted grafts to ensure the survival of cells in the early post-implantation phase. Here, we investigated the incorporation of autologous endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) for enhanced vascularization and bone regeneration in vivo.
