Abstract
Inherited heart diseases (IHD) can lead to ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death. The role of prophylactic implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) therapy is not well known. We report our long-term follow-up of ICD use for prophylactic and secondary indications in a cohort of patients with IHD.
