Introduction

Standing on the shoulders of those who have gone before me and drawing from my brief but instructive experience for the better part of two decades as a physician and trainer, I hope to engage the attention and focus of these soon-to-be Hippocratic brethren to a few areas that are pivotal and imperative to success in the medical profession.
