Abstract

The influence of the non-uniformity of the external field to its distribution on the surface of the conducting half-space is investigated on the basis of exact analytical and approximate asymptotic calculation methods of an arbitrary three-dimensional electromagnetic field. The function that generalizes the impedance boundary condition for diffusion of non-uniform field into conducting body is proposed. On the basis of calculations results comparison by exact and approximate methods for concrete model of electromagnetic system the admissible value of the upper limit of the introduced small parameter is established.
