Abstract

Objective To investigate the impacts of timing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery on effects of patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute stone cholecystitus admitted to Institute surgical department of our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected by cluster random sampling method, Thesy were divided into two groups according to the timing of surgery, the study group(surgery from the onset ≤72 h, n=40) and control group(surgery and the onset time>72 h, n=40). At each point of time the two groups were given laparoscopic surgery, and then the surgery related indicators and occurrence of complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The operative time of the study group (46.2±10.3)min was significantly shorter than the control group(51.6±16.9)min, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The timing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery directly affects the treatment effects of patients with acute cholecystitis, reasonable choice of operation time will be helpful to shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications, increase the success rate of surgery. Key words: Timing of surgery; Laparoscopic acute cholecystitis; Treatment; Impact
