Abstract

longitudinal and transverse impact strength tests of plybamboo form with different moisture content were performed. Regression Equations of longitudinal and transverse impact strength of plybamboo form were constructed through numerical fitting. The results show that both longitudinal impact strength and transverse impact strength increase with the increasing of the moisture content of the plybamboo form. The average value of longitudinal impact strength increases or decreases 0.20kJ/m2 when the value of moisture content increases or decreases 1%. The average value of transverse impact strength increases or decreases 0.12kJ/m2 when the value of moisture content increases or decreases 1%. The results of variance analysis and significance test of the two linear regression equations show that both the regression equations achieve very significant level.
