Abstract
In this paper, three different forms of team organization are proposed, according to the structural characteristics of the members of a team. As a sample, software production efficiency and quality a Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) project are presented by above three forms of organization. Finally, the result examines the rationality of innovative team organization form.
