ANDREA MOSCARIELLO 1 & IAN GOODALL 2 Abstract 1 Accurate subsurface geological models that provide a realistic understanding of the lateral variation and distribution of facies beyond well control are key to develop effectively reservoirs characterised by a complex distribution of heterogeneous sedimentary facies such as mixed aeolian-fluvial reservoirs. Understanding these geologically complex reservoirs requires detailed integrated subsurface studies using all available field and well-scale technologies.
