Abstract
There are countless problems in enterprises directly related with work organization. Enterprises are neither efficient nor effective because of those problems. The work organization is relating to the design of work system. The process, the personnel, the activities, the technology and its environment must be defined. The analysis and results of the application of procedures for the design and evaluation of work system in two production process are shown in this paper.
