Abstract
The arrhythmogenic role of autonomic tone in atrial fibrillation (AF) has been described; however the acute effect of vagal excitation on fibrillatory process has not been reported in humans. We investigate the change in fibrillatory cycle length (CL) by vagal excitation caused by radiofrequency energy delivery for pulmonary vein (PV) isolation.
