Abstract

Although other factors and elements like organizational activity, employees confidence, skills and abilities cannot be ignored but training and development is considered as the major indicator of economic uplift and economic growth. Training and development of an employee is directly or indirectly concerned with economic uplift of that that economy. For the best performance and superb survival of the economy, it is important to train and develop employees in the right direction. The purpose of this research is to describe and explain the basic relationship between training and development and economic uplift of the country. In this study, training and development has been taken as independent variable and economic uplift and economic capital as dependent variables. The data in this research has been collected through secondary sources and effects of variables whether positive or insignificant are explained properly.
