Abstract
The increase of the anthropogenic pressure in the second half of the 20th century have led to the exacerbation of many environmental problems. Today, the scale of environmental risk covers the territory of the large regions. In this regard, the territory of Azerbaijan is no exception. The difficult natural conditions - the presence of strong winds, high air temperature and solar radiation, the frequent dust storms further complicate the ecological situation. This article provides an analysis of the impact of the main climatic indicators on the heat and energy consumption by the buildings.
