Abstract
Technology has inuenced children's social and cognitive development in recent years. This article explores both the positive and negative impacts of technology on children's social and cognitive development. On the one hand, technology can provide children with the opportunity to learn and engage in activities that may not be available in their home environment. This can lead to increased condence and improved problem-solving skills. On the other hand, technology can lead to a decrease in physical activity, an increase in feelings of isolation and loneliness, an over-dependence on technology, and a decrease in creativity and problem-solving skills. The article also discusses technology's potential implications on children's social and cognitive development. It looks at how technology can both positively and negatively affect children's development. It also looks at how it can be used to help them grow and develop healthily.
