Abstract
The paper deals with the reduction in a risk for infectious and inflammatory complications after cesarean section under regional anesthesia in parturient females with moderate gestosis. It emphasizes the positive impact of addition of dexam-ethasone, pentoxifyilline, dalargin to complex therapy on the immune system.

Через 6 ч после опера ции, на фоне прекращения действия регионарной анестезии и появления болевого синдрома, проис ходит дальнейшее увеличение концентрации ИЛ 1β на 110% и ФНО α на 181% от исходного уров ня, а уровень ИЛ 1γ увеличивается на 155% от исходного
Summary
The paper deals with the reduction in a risk for infectious and inflammatory complications after cesarean section under regional anesthesia in parturient females with moderate gestosis. Во время операции у женщин с неосложнен ной беременностью концентрации ИЛ 1β и ФНО α повышаются, на 87 и 149% соответственно, a ИЛ 1γ снижается на 10%. Через 6 ч после опера ции, на фоне прекращения действия регионарной анестезии и появления болевого синдрома, проис ходит дальнейшее увеличение концентрации ИЛ 1β на 110% и ФНО α на 181% от исходного уров ня, а уровень ИЛ 1γ увеличивается на 155% от исходного (что является компенсаторной реакци ей противовоспалительного звена иммунной сис темы).
