Abstract

The article envisages the effect of strengthening the potential of personnel, stimulating the labor of personnel, managing personnel and benefiting from this potential at the highest level in the activities of enterprises and organizations trying to gain a competitive advantage in the market economy. The author gave an analysis of the increasing importance of personnel potential for all commercial organizations that are currently trying to adapt to the increased competition in the open market economy. Purpose – he goal is to assess the increasing importance of personnel potential in ensuring the competitive advantage of enterprises. Methodology – systematic approach. Findings – the importance of personnel potential as the most important component of the profitable operation of enterprises was specially emphasized, as a result, the necessity of efficient use of human resources as the main component of profitable activity was emphasized.
