Abstract

The publication considers the role and importance of modern sports equipment of firefighters and rescuers as an important accompanying factor in achieving high sports results by athletes, promoting the use of new technical techniques for performing applied exercises in competitions with a high level of technical skill and physical fitness. The purpose of the study is to identify the influence of changing material and technical equipment and new technical techniques for performing applied actions in fire and rescue sports on the dynamics of sports results in men at the 2002-2019 World Championships. Materials and research methods: The study analyzed the protocols 14 the World Championships in Fire and Rescue Sport 2002-2019. The average values ​ ​ and standard deviations of the results of the 30 best athletes and 8 top athletes were calculated. At the same time, constructive changes in sports equipment and a change in the material and technical conditions of competitive activity were monitored. Results and discussion: Innovative changes are needed in the context of logistics support for competitive activities Conclusion and inference: The further growth of competitive results in overcoming the obstacle course and climbing the assault ladder among the leaders of world fire and rescue sports should be associated not only with the improvement of the physical, technical, psychological procedural components of sports training, but also with the search for optimal material and technical conditions for competitive activity.
