Abstract

본 연구는 소공인 역량강화 및 상생협력에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 2017년 6월1일부터 7월 30일 동안 소공인 특화지원센터에서 역량강화교육과 상생협력을 받는 소공인 들을 대상으로 주로 서울, 경기를 중심으로 설문지를 이용하여 역량강화교육과 상생협력 그리고 경영성과를 묻는 내용으로 조사를 하였다. 역량강화교육의 기술능력향상교육, 네트워크구축교육, 경영능력향상교육은 상생협력의 협업에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, 역량강화교육의 경영 능력향상교육은 상생협력의 정보공유에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 기술능력향상교육, 네트워크구축교 육은 정보공유에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 역량강화교육의 경영능력향상교육은 상생협력의 성과 공유에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으나 기술능력향상교육, 네트워크구축교육은 성과공유에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 상생협력의 정보공유와 성과공유는 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으나 협업은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 또, 역량강화교육이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 상생협력은 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 조사 되었다. 이를 정리하면, 소공인 역량강화교육을 통해 소공인 들의 경영성과를 높이는 것으로 조사되었고 역량교육은 경영성 과를 높이는데 상생협력은 경영성과에 매개효과작용을 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이에 역량강화교육과 상생협력이 함께 추진되어야 들의 경영성과는 더 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다.The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of capacity enhancement and win - win cooperation among the small - scale workers who received consultation on capacity building training and win - Seoul, and Gyeonggi - do using questionnaires to examine competency - building education, win - win cooperation, and management performance. A total of 250 samples were collected and 242 samples were used for empirical analysis except for 8 samples that were unfaithfully responded. In order to improve the performance of small-cap owners, we have been providing technical education, network education, and management education through competency enhancement training, which is conducted by the Small Business Support Specialization Center. This training is supported by the Small Business Administration of the Small and Medium Business Administration The Specialized Support Center has been conducting small-scale certification to strengthen the competence of small-scale inspectors. We are also raising the competence of small business owners through win-win cooperation as a way to increase management performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of technical education, network construction education, and management education on the management performance and to test the mediating effect of win - win cooperation in the causal relationship between the capacity enhancement education and the performance. The technical training, network construction education, and management education of the capacity enhancement education were found to affect the collaboration of win - win cooperation. The management education of the competency enhancement education was found to affect information sharing of win - win cooperation. However, technical education and network construction education did not affect information sharing. The management education of the competence strengthening education was found to affect the sharing of the win - win cooperation. However, it was found that technical education and network construction education did not affect performance sharing. Information sharing and sharing of win - win cooperation have been found to affect management performance. However, collaboration was found to have no effect. Win - win cooperation has been found to have a mediating effect on the impact of capacity - building education on business performance. As a result, it can be seen that competency education can enhance management performance by enhancing the performance of small entrepreneurs through capacity enhancement education. Therefore, it is considered that the performance of small-cap owners will be higher when the capacity enhancement education and win-win cooperation are carried out together.
