Rationale: Sarcopenia is commonly associated with poor prognosis in prostate cancer. The objective of this study is to determine the correlation between sarcopenia and overall survival (OS) in patients with prostate cancer with metastatic debut (MPC) treated with androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT).
