Introduction

Plyometric Training (PT) is a rapid pre stretching of a muscle during an eccentric action, followed by a concentric action of same muscle and connective tissue. This system involves stretchshortening cycle of the muscle. Plyometric or reactive jumps are known to be effective for development of explosive strength [15]. (PT) is a type of exercise designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in sports (Holcomb, 1996) [11]
