Abstract

Organizational success is closely linked with employee satisfaction; all organizations need to have an accurate measure on how much each individual is satisfied from his job and his assigned roles within the job. This study was conducted to know the impact of Performance Appraisal and Employees Participation on job satisfaction in non-governmental organizations. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the employees of non-governmental organizations. The results of analysis show that there is positive and significant impact of Performance Appraisal on Employees Satisfaction, with a result of regression analysis; 73% with significance level of 0.002. Further there is positive and significant impact of Employees participation on Employees Satisfaction, with result of Regression analysis; 92.7% with significance level of 0.000. On the other hand there is also a significant and positive relationship between Performance Appraisal, Employees participation and job satisfaction. It is concluded that Performance Appraisal and Employees Participation contribute in job Satisfaction in non-governmental organizations.
