Abstract

The impact of the OTA's parasitic elements and finite open-loop bandwidth to the passive equivalent circuit of the OTA-based floating inductor has been explored. Such an impact of the latter has never been mentioned previously. The results of this research are the derivation of the passive equivalent circuit of the OTA-based floating inductor under the cited impact which has been found to be far different from the ordinary passive inductor. The derived passive equivalent circuit has been verified as a sufficiently accurate passive model of the OTA-based floating inductor in the practical phenomena
