Introduction

The high-mountain zone of the Ukrainian Carpathians has demonstrated an active regeneration of the herbaceous cover, that of the protected areas, which have been significantly transformed due to present climate changes for the last decade. The study of the influence of the external environmental factors on populations of herba­ ceous plant species is topical for the high-mountain ecosystems [9, 12, 14, 16]. These factors predetermine the various abilities of the populations of the highmountain species for reproduction and functioning [7, 10, 13, 15].
