Abstract
Intracranial stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) relies on highly accurate positioning and immobilization to ensure accurate dose delivery. This study aims to utilize cone-beam CT (CBCT) to measure geometric uncertainties associated with 2 immobilization systems used for SRS on a dedicated cobalt radiosurgery unit.
