Abstract

The objective of the article is to analyze the relationship between the practices of Human Capital Management and its impact on the performance of the employee's work. Human Capital Management includes Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal and Employee Performance in the private academic educational institute. To find out the influence human capital management practices on employee performance within private educational institutes. This is a survey based study. The sample of the study is employee who is working in private academic institute. The sample size of the study in 150 where as data collected from 138 employees of private academic institute. Therefore descriptive statistics and analytical tools have been used for hypothesis result of the study which how’s that human capital management has a significant impact on the employee performance.
