Abstract
All over the place the usage of fossil fuels especially gasoline engines emit hazardous pollutants and contributes to global warming. CI engines aim to give convinced benefits compared to SI engines, such as performance improvement and reliable particulate matters interns of CO, HC limitations, such as significant smoke and NOx emissions. To lower the smoke and NOx emissions a new type of IC engines like RCCI is one of the best affordable alternatives. The current research was aimed to determine the particulate matters and outcomes of RCCI engine. In the experimental work diesel as a base fuel and ETBE considered as a substitute fuel with various compositions starting from 0, 10,20 and 30% were used. To safeguard the environment, the findings from this research show a reduction in energy consumption and a reduction in smoke emissions.
