Abstract
The smart city landscape is experiencing highly transformative and innovative approach for sustainable development of urban areas. Therefore, a systematic review was performed based on a search of the existing literatures, which helped us to understand the relevance of emerging technologies for enhancement of sustainable transportation and mobility in smart cities. This paper provides the most extensive analysis and preliminary evidence of the impact of emerging technologies on future mobility and social life in smart cities by 2030. The paper focus on the two main issues, first is, how the emerging technologies can reshape the future mobility and second is how these technologies can enhance the overall experience of user. Overall, these findings suggest that emerging technologies are promising drivers for future mobility in smart cities.
