Abstract

Introduction: Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), a chronic lung disease of preterm infants, is characterized by impaired alveolar growth and pathologic vascularization. We investigate the impact of Fgf10 expression deficiency on embryonic lung development and hyperoxia lung injury (BPD mouse model).
