Abstract
Technology is evolving at a rapid pace and each new technology has a wide range of applications. In the last few years, digitalisation has developed rapidly and plays an important role in Industry 4.0. However, not all organisations or industries are equipped with the latest technology to implement digitalisation. This article identifies the major challenges in the process of implementing digital technology in the closed loop manufacturing process.
