Abstract

ObjectiveTo describe the characteristics of positive mental health in nursing students, and to determine the impact of a self-control promotion program. MethodA quasi-experimental controlled trial including 72 second-year of Vitoria-Gasteiz University Nursing School. ResultsThe lowest scores in every measurement were for the self-control factor (F3). There were no statistically significant differences in self-control (F3) between the groups. ConclusionThis program shows higher scores in inter-personal relationship skills.
