Abstract
Data collected from 250 registered nurses who completed a variety of cancer nursing educational programs over a three-year period are presented. Postprogram activities such as role changes, memberships in oncology related professional organizations and preparation of educational materials are presented. Perceived organizational barriers ana supports for application of cancer concepts ana skills learned are also delineated.
