Abstract

A review of immunoreproduction and aspermatogenesis is presented. The production of antibodies and the development of delayed hypersensitivity are the 2 chief immunological mechanisms for assault on antigens to which an individual can respond. Structure and classes of antibody individual differences in antibody synthesis and detection of antibodies in low concentration are discussed. Methods for antigenic st imulation and isolation of antigens from source materials are outlined. Concepts of experimental aspermatogenesis are presented.
