Abstract
We hypothesized that a novel combination of RGD-targeted adeno-associated virus phage (RGD-AAVP-TNF) would selectively target tumor vasculature, with expression of recombinant human TNF, and synergize with RT to modulate host immunity. In this study, we characterized the immunophenotype, two weeks after starting RT, of primary B16-F10 melanoma and the draining popliteal LN (DLN).
