Abstract

Horseradish peroxidase labelled antisera to pig immunoglobulins IgA, IgG and IgM were used to study the distribution of immunoglobulins and immunoglobulin-containing cells in pig tissues. The immunoperoxidase technique was used in an attempt to overcome the problems of non-specificity of the immunofluorescent technique, and has been found to have considerable advantages over the latter.
