Abstract

Apo bile lipoprotein complex was isolated from human gallbladder bile and an antiserum was prepared. Double immunodiffusion studies show that apo bile lipoprotein complex is present in human plasma and more precisely one of its proteic component is common to bile lipoprotein complex and HDL fraction. This proteic component is different from apo AI, AII, apo B, apo CI, CII, CIII, apo D, apo E and albumin.
