Abstract
乳房外Paget病是一种少见的皮肤上皮性肿瘤.采用免疫组化技术发现多种免疫表型在该肿瘤中表达,如:细胞角蛋白、黏蛋白、巨囊性病的液状蛋白、上皮膜抗原、癌胚抗原、人表皮生长因子受体2等.这些不同的免疫表型在探讨该肿瘤的组织来源、诊断、鉴别诊断、判断预后及指导治疗方面具有不同的价值.研究认为Toker细胞、乳腺样腺等亦可能为该肿瘤的来源;MUC1+/HER2+提示高侵袭性;根据免疫表型的差异更有助于皮肤型和内胚层型的诊断,以便于推测组织来源并判断预后。
